Hold a vote in FigJam to narrow down a board full of ideas and reach decisions faster. This includes visitors in an Open session. Anyone with can edit access can participate in a voting session.Anyone in a Professional, Education, Organization, and Enterprise team can start a voting session.Once an open session has ended, the file will be locked to people outside your team or not previously invited to the file.Īnyone with view access can continue to view the file and copy its contents, but they won’t be able to edit the file any longer. You can also adjust the seconds field by 1 or 5 seconds using these shortcuts. Press ↑ / ↓ arrows to adjust the time by a minute, or ⇧ Shift ↑ / ↓ to adjust the time by 5 minute intervals.When time is up, everyone in the file will see the timer modal shake and announce 00:00, even if they have closed the modal. To reopen the timer modal, click the countdown in the toolbar. Once the timer is started, you can click to hide the modal and keep the timer running in the toolbar. To access the timer modal, click in the upper left corner of your FigJam file and select Timer from the dropdown. You currently cannot assign timer controls to a single facilitator.
